Ring sizing

Please check your ring size before ordering ready-to-ship pieces. This can be done in any high street jewellers shop, or you can order a ring sizer online.

Postage

All UK orders are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery. International services also available. Collection from the studio (Bethnal Green, London) available upon request.

Care Instructions

Sterling Silver will tarnish over time, especially when exposed to sunshine and high levels of humidity. Avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower or while swimming, and prevent it from coming in to contact with perfumes, creams etc. If a piece becomes tarnished, soak in a paste of baking powder and water, then brush gently with an old toothbrush to restore its original shine.

All C. SOLIS pieces are crafted from high quality materials and should last forever if treated with care. If any damage does occur due to every day wear-and-tear, C. SOLIS offers a lifetime repair policy with every piece. You just need to cover return postage, or drop the item to the studio.

Returns

Ready-to-ship items purchased from the website may be returned within 30 days if you are not satisfied. Buyer pays return postage, and the item must be returned in the original condition. Commissioned and re-sized pieces may not be returned.
